NEWS: HEAD OVER HEEL GETTING GOOD REVIEWS

April 12, 2008

A month after its Australian release, HEAD OVER HEEL is receiving excellent reviews in the Australian media.

THE SYDNEY MORNING HERALD said: "Many have written books about their experiences living in foreign climes but few have done it as entertainingly, beautifully and - surprisingly - romantically as Harrison does here."

THE MELBOURNE AGE said: "There is no doubt that he loves his woman but, over time, his experiences and relationships in Italy move and change him so that by the end he has also fallen in love with her country. And I with him."

THE COURIER MAIL said: "Chris Harrison decided to run off to Italy in pursuit of true love, which is chronicled in his hilarious book. This is a funny and touching tale about the cultural divide with a sweet and passionate love story at its heart."

JOHN BELL of the BELL SHAKESPEARE COMPANY said: 'Dramatic, sensual and affectionately amusing, HEAD OVER HEEL is as good as a holiday."

THE SUN-HERALD said: "HEAD OVER HEEL contains one nicely-crafted observation after another. Harrison succeeds in capturing the contrasts of this beguiling country."

THE CAIRNS POST said: "Not since Sarah Turnbull's Almost French have I read an account of an Australian living abroad as moving, insightful and side-splittingly hilarious as this from Chris Harrison."
